Getting Started
What exactly do you do?
We are a wedding venue consultant service — think of us as your personal venue shopper. We research, vet, and match you with venues that align with your wedding vision, style, location, and budget. We save you hours (and stress!) by doing the legwork for you.
Are you a wedding planner?
Not quite. While planners oversee the full wedding process, we specialize only in one thing — finding the perfect wedding venue. This makes us more focused, faster, and far more affordable.
How do you find the venues?
We combine years of venue experience with local knowledge, venue databases, client questionnaires, and direct communication with venues. We ask the hard questions for you and only recommend places that match your criteria.
What if I can’t visit the venue myself?
No problem! We offer virtual walkthroughs and even in-person venue visits (based on location). We’ll take detailed photos, video, and can even FaceTime you live during the tour.
What’s included in the venue base package?
Each venue comes with:
- Pricing & guest capacity
- Amenities (indoor/outdoor, catering, lodging, etc.)
- 8 photos & 1 video (if available)
- 4 online reviews

How much do your packages cost?
Our Base Package starts at $499, with Plus and VIP upgrades available depending on how much support you need. We also offer helpful add-ons like venue visits, phone calls, and extra venue choices.
When should I book this service?
Ideally, as soon as you get engaged! The earlier we begin, the more venue options will be available. On average, venue research takes 2–4 weeks, so plan ahead if your wedding date is coming up.
Do you work with couples outside the U.S.?
Yes! We’ve helped international couples planning weddings in the U.S. and destination weddings abroad. All communication and delivery can be done remotely.
What if I don’t like any of the venues?
While we’ve had a 100% success rate in matching couples with great venues, we do offer a 25% refund if we cannot find any venues that meet your criteria.
Will you stay within my budget?
Absolutely. We do not benefit from you spending more. Our only goal is to find the right venue at the right price for your needs.
How long does the venue selection process take?
Our typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks for the Base Package. For Plus and VIP clients, we offer faster delivery (10–14 days or 7–10 days). If you’re on a tight timeline, you can add our Rush Service to receive your results in 5 business days.
Will I get venue availability?
If venues are willing to share current availability, we’ll include that in your report. Some venues only provide that info once a couple reaches out directly — in that case, we’ll coach you on the best way to inquire or follow up.
Do you offer destination venue searches?
Yes! We can absolutely research destination wedding venues — whether you’re planning to get married in the Caribbean, Europe, Mexico, or beyond. We’ve worked with couples across the U.S. and abroad.
Can I speak to someone before I buy a package?
Yes! We offer a 30-minute discovery call (for a small fee) to learn about your vision, budget, and wedding goals. This helps us better tailor your package and ensure we’re the right fit for you.
Is everything done remotely?
Yes — unless you purchase an in-person add-on, everything can be done completely remote. We’ll be the ones doing all the hard work: researching, calling venues, and gathering media so you can sit back and review options stress-free.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Our venue packages make a thoughtful gift for newly engaged couples. Contact us for customizable gift options and digital delivery.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and can provide an invoice or receipt for your records. Payment is due at the time of booking your package.
Services & Packages
What's the difference between the Mini Search and Base Package?
The Mini Search ($249) includes a curated venue shortlist and comparison chart delivered via email – perfect for independent couples. The Base Package ($499) includes everything in Mini Search plus an initial consultation call, more detailed research, ongoing support, and guidance throughout your decision process.
Can I add services after booking a package?
Absolutely! You can add any of our services (venue phone calls, FaceTime walkthroughs, or in-person visits) at any time during your search process. We’ll coordinate additional services based on your shortlist results.
What if I don't like any of the venues you suggest?
While this rarely happens due to our thorough consultation process, we offer one complimentary revision to find additional venues that better match your vision. We’re committed to finding you the perfect venue!
Do you help with venue negotiations?
We provide negotiation guidance, tips, and contract review checklists as part of our Base Package. However, all negotiations and bookings are handled directly between you and the venue to ensure you get the best personal relationship with your venue coordinator.
Pricing & Payment
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees ever! Our package prices include everything listed in the service description. Add-on services are clearly priced separately and only charged if you request them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in our schedule.
Do you offer payment plans?
For our Base Package, we offer a payment plan option: 50% at booking and 50% before delivery of your venue shortlist. Payment plans are not available for the Mini Search due to the quick turnaround time.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 24 hours of booking if you haven’t yet completed your consultation call or questionnaire. Once research begins, refunds are not available, but we guarantee satisfaction with our revision policy.
The Search Process
How do you find venues that aren't online?
Our team has extensive industry connections and uses professional databases not available to the public. We also personally contact venue managers, check with local wedding vendors, and leverage relationships built over years in the industry.
What if my date isn't available at recommended venues?
We always verify date availability before including venues in your shortlist. If your preferred date becomes unavailable during your decision process, we’ll immediately research alternative venues at no additional charge.
Can you help with venues that allow outside catering?
Yes! We specialize in finding venues that meet specific requirements, including those that allow outside catering, have minimal restrictions, or offer flexibility with vendor choices. Just let us know your requirements during the consultation.
Do you visit venues in person before recommending them?
For local venues, our team members have often visited in person. For venues outside our immediate area, we conduct thorough virtual tours, review extensive photo galleries, and speak directly with venue coordinators to ensure quality before making recommendations.
After You Book
Do you help after I choose my venue?
Yes! Our Base Package includes support throughout your decision process and guidance on booking your chosen venue. We also provide referrals to other trusted wedding vendors upon request.
What if I need help with other wedding vendors?
While we specialize in venues, we maintain a network of trusted photographers, caterers, florists, and other vendors we can recommend based on your style and budget.
Can I book multiple venue visits through you?
Our in-person venue visit service covers one venue per booking. However, we can coordinate multiple visits and often offer discounts when booking visits to multiple venues from your shortlist.
